Jackie,
I finished the book...wow! You did a wonderful job. I''m really proud of you. Mom and Dad were talking about you this weekend and when you and Kim were on the swim team. They too think you wrote a great book (they both read it as well as Mark) Happy holidays to you and your family.

article written on the book
Prominent Family, Cheerleader, A student... so how does it all go so wrong with this troubled young teen girl?
....After her mother dies, she becomes depressed and turns to drinking and drugs. Her father refuses to reach out to her in her time of need, instead involving the police and the court systems to rid himself of the burden. Ashley is arrested and sent to Hopeful Wilderness Camp for Girls for two years
This is a great book for parents to use in understanding the effect divorce has on teen girls. It offers in-site to hear from the teen girl whats really going on inside her mind. This book also draws out how certain parents and step parents are quick to abandon the not so easy to love sibling. Resentment, guilt, hate, parental manipulation, lies and the control of information about the teen girl to her siblings. They want her gone! Ostracised from other family members! Keep control or the lies will get out. This is a gut wrenching emotional story, a is must read for parents of teen girls

Local and National Investors Needed!!
Marketing Budget:
Looking for capital to buy & market my book "Daddy's Throw Away Girl" in volume for pre-arranged book signings locally and then Nationally. There is interest from a National Talk show and professional script writers. This book has been professionally edited, ISBN, Copy-write and Library of Congress approved and in my name. This book is in print and available. The publishers cost for printing by design is pricey; however if ordered in bulk through the Author, major discounts are applied.
These funds will be used to market parents of troubled teens, run away shelters, advocacy teen rehabilitation facilities, wilderness camps and state run organizations to include CASA.(Member, FT Bend County Texas) The book has excellent reviews (from all listed above) and is well received by the local media. I am not looking for a huge investment; the range would be between 10 -12k. Sales generated from the exposure will have repayment to the investor as priority i.e. repayment commensurate with sales. Our first book signing is scheduled for early Jan 2011 and local media will be present. I have just completed my second book as well.

“Child abuse builds a prison in the child's own heart and mind that often imprisons her for a lifetime. Jackie's story should be required reading for every teen girl in America, and every single one of their would-be "counselors" and friends.

Book is in print!!!
I just wanted to say thank you to everyone has been supportive of me through my book writing process. I am honored to have so many loving caring people in my life. I hope everyone who has purchased the book will enjoy it. Secondly, help me get the word out about the importance of loving and caring for your children in the way a loving parent should. Every child goes through ups and downs, some more severely than others, but children and teenagers have the right to be safe and loved. So when your child is driving you crazy and you think there is nowhere to turn, hug them and pray for strength!!!!!!
Thank you again for all your support!!! Keep checking for new info on my blog!! I will have a book signing schedule shortly. For those who order online it is a better savings for you and I will autograph your copy whenever asked. Happy Reading!!
