Thinking of the past and wondering what went wrong,
Remembering a child that used to be so determined and strong.
Who is to blame? If anyone at all,
Was it her family disloyalties that caused her to fall?
Or was it her pride that constantly slapped her in the face?
Or her views and opinions about the human race?
It may seem trivial to ponder on these thoughts, but she must ask,
To find the truth is her one main task.
But who is wise enough to answer the questions of life?
She cannot, nor her father or his wife.
The question still remains is it worth the time to find the answers to heal?
Or will it be devastating to find what the curious human mind reveals.
